The base material is a plastic sleeve formed by polyethylene raw material base, radiation crosslinking and stretching. The external anti-corrosion layer of the steel pipe is usually a three-layer structure (also known as three-layer PE anti-corrosion), Contact with the steel pipe is anticorrosive paint "Primer", the middle is hot melt adhesive, the outermost layer is crosslinked polyethylene.
